Sixt deserves 5 stars when compared to other rental agencies. Customer service was top quality and the car we got was excellent! We got the best customer service experience so far by a gentleman named Don in town which made me give my first review to Sixt for being such a good place to hire a good car for a good price

Rented a car for slightly more than a week as an international tourist. I was attended by Mr Gokul who went through the rental details. I believe its part of the job to sell additional insurance coverage but Gokul was not very pushy like other rental companies.
Rented a new Toyota Corolla hybrid hatchback with was great. Drove it up to flinders range and down to rapid bay. Happened to have a flat tyre but I managed to replace the flat at a tyre store. I tried calling the Sixt hotline to report it but unfortunately I was on hold for more than 10 mins and no one attended to my call. So I reported it to the counter staff when I returned the car, no issues there since I replaced it.
The multistory carpark is a little tight, so be careful when finding a lot
Love the great service and new condition of the car.

I rented a car from this outlet yesterday and was served by Mr Gokul who not only upgraded the car but stayed on past closing hours to allow me to return early to saving parking fee where I stayed. Great guy, top service, deserved all superlatives as a representative of a company.
