I can't even begin to describe how much of a positive experience I had with Sixt Avalon - and it's thanks to the incredible Reese!
I'm on a working holiday visa in Sydney, and my parents are visiting Australia for a few weeks. On their first weekend here, we flew to Avalon to do the Great Ocean Road - where we met Reese, who was not only a great introduction to Melboune, but all of Australia.
Reese was full of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity. He was kind enough to go through the T&C's of our rental in a great amount of detail - all while being humorous and engaging. He also patiently waited and provided us with roadtrip tips as we filled out an additional form for international license holders.
Reese was also kind enough to give us a very special upgrade which my parents absolutely loved. Reese is a kind hearted professional who goes above and beyond to ensure customers have an unparalleled experience. Thank you Reese for making our trip so special!
Also a very huge shout out to Reese's colleague who was also working the morning of Saturday, October 22nd. He was equally as incredible and engaging (full of humour and positivity as well) but I sadly did not get his name.

Price was great, car was clean, customer service was great, except we had to wait for 30 minutes because the line was so long. The customer service did as quick as he could, but the line was significantly longer than other providers.

Sixt is an effective car rental service at Melbourne. Especially, the check in process at the airport serviced by Jason is highly appreciable. He is very polite and explained all the details in a kind way.
