Follow this tunnel until you eventually reach an elevator, which you will then lake to level 0. Once you exit, you will see a counter that marks the beginning of the Car Rental Center. When it’s time to bring your car back, follow the signs that mark the car rental return area, which is located just next to parking garage P4.

On pickup the team was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is we were expected to sign the agreement without seeing the car - the car is a long way from the office. On return, the guy barely acknowledged us, or the group before us. Didn't seem to care much. Car was great. It would be nice to actually pay what you're quoted though. Like every other car rental company, there are 100 line items on the invoice that were not included in the online quote.

Ordered a vehicle via aggregator who've made lots of false statements (basically the model they suggested had much smaller trunk size and it could not accommodate the stated number of bags) However, the person working at the SIXT desk was very kind, explained the problem and upgraded the vehicle to higher model free of charge so we could continue with our trip without throwing out some luggage. Next time will also order Sixt, and only directly this time.
