We hired a car form sixt on 20/8/25 after our camper breaking down while on holiday from the UK. After a very stressful day and a half trying to get support from our European breakdown cover provider we was told they had booked a hire car for us there, after spending nearly 3 hours travelling on public transport from where we were staying to get to Sixt car rental in liege we found out that our provider hadn't booked anything leaving my wife 2 children and my self without any transport to get us home back to the UK. thats when we came in to see Owen who was more than helpful and went above an beyond what he really needed to for us he checked what our best options were for us to get back to the UK and in very short notice managed to sort us a car to drive all the way to Dunkirk so we could then travel onto Calais to get the ferry back home he even gave us some shopping bags for us to put our things in as we didn't have any suitcases to put our clothes in as we were camping and even stayed over after hours to sort the hire car out for us. What a guy!! Massive thank you to Owen and the team for helping me and my family getting back home and being the support we needed at a very stressful time would definitely recommend getting Owen to help you out!!
