After exiting Baggage Claim and the Secured area, proceed to the elevators/escalator to the 3rd floor, Level 3 Departures. When exiting the elevators, turn to the right and exit the doors to the exterior of the building - following signs for Courtesy Shuttle Area located in front of Door 5. Beside the crosswalk, next to the building is the Courtesy Shuttle Phone Directory near the pay phones. Please dial *79 to contact SIXT directly. The shuttle ride will take approximately 11 minutes. If you have questions or concerns, please call the SIXT branch at +1-604-554-0408. Alternatively, you can opt in to use the YVR Shuttle Transfer Service. Please look out for bus A1 South Terminal for Route A1, which also uses the same Courtesy Shuttle Area.

Return information

Please proceed to the South Terminal and our designated parking area will be across the airport entrance, on the right-hand side facing the building. After entering the South Terminal our office is located to the right of the building near Galiano Cafe. We will be happy to arrange a SIXT shuttle ride to the designated drop off zone at Vancouver International Airport (Domestic or International Departures). Our SIXT Shuttle runs during operating hours. Thank you for choosing SIXT!

A small Sixt office within a hotel located a bit outside the main terminal area. Very friendly and personal service and few people there. We got our car quickly and could look at it together with the staff and discuss various things. You get there using a shuttle that they send when you call. All info was given in the reservation communication. I have been renting with swift for some time now and they deliver well.
