All drivers need a valid license held for at least 1 year, plus an ID or passport. Drivers with licenses using a non-Roman alphabet like Cyrillic also need an international driving permit.
It is not allowed to take SIXT cars rented in the Dominican Republic into Haiti.
You will need to be at least 21 years old with a license held for 2 years to rent with SIXT in the Dominican Republic. Some car categories have a higher minimum age, and a young driver surcharge applies to those under 25.
