I rented a Peugeot and they gave me a fancy BMW instead:) Saba, my agent, was so nice and helpful and did not pressure me into adding things like insurance etc. The pick up and return process was so simple and smooth! I highly recommend this Sixt branch.

Everything went smoothly and the cars were good. I actually got a brand new car with only 6 miles on the clock. The only issue was when i returned the vehicle i placed the keys in the orange box as instructed but the next day i got a call asking me where the keys were. When i told them i left them in the orange i box i was told "Ok i will check" why was I asked in the first place if they haven't checked?After that i tried calling them to confirm that they found them but had no answer which was stressful as i thought they lost the keys.
