Although we picked up from the Montpellier Airport, we returned the vehicle to the Montpellier Saint Roch train station and the service at that location was exemplary. The counter staff went above and beyond in terms of helping us move our many bags of luggage from the parking lot to the train station as well as giving us a place to store our luggage while we waited for our train. The main person who helped us (I forgot to get his name) was black and about 5'9". If you could replicate his DNA across the company, Sixt would be head and shoulders above all the competition.

We rented from the location at the Montpellier Airport. All the other big name car rental companies seemed to be having problems with long lines. Sixt was efficiently handling their customers and we were in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly. The car was clean and in good working order. Surprisingly easy. Really kind and efficient team. They had had a busy morning but were still fast and friendly and spoke brilliant English. We were delighted with the car we received (Hyundai Tuscon) which was a great size for our family of 5. Only downside was the cost of the car hire was extremely high
