We have rented a car due to strike on France, the trains being cancelled. The reservation was done only with 1 hour before the starting hour. The car was clean, no scratch and the tank was full. Dropping the key was also very easy, just park the car and go with the key to the same office. We have chosen the full insurance, maybe this was one of the reason. Plus, March is not exactly the peak season.
