To date one of my best experience in Car rental with Montpellier. Efficient time management, good service from the desk and professionalism. One improvement however, for Six, in winter you need to pay extra fees for winter tires, and it's not really obvious whether you will need them or not. In other countries, in winter you get winter tires. Whe not in France????

The current Sixt location was one of the furthest rental agencies from the arrival terminal but it wasn't too far and there was clear signage to the location. Check-in staff was friendly and quick and the short line moved very quickly. The model we had reserved was not available and so they upgraded us free of charge. The car was clean and in great shape. When we returned the car the person checking us in was friendly and checked us in very quickly. We found the experience to be a very positive one.

Our experience with this SIXT Toulouse airport outlet definitely been smooth. Mr Sebastián who assisted us was knowledgeable and quick in doing the agreement. He spoke well and even contacted us over phone to tender an apology when there was some miscommunication. They were customer friendly and was able to understand the personal circumstances to assist us accordingly when we had to depart early due to a mishap. Ms Celia was super kind and generous with her time during the vehicle handover to assist all our queries. She explained with clarity and even helped us got the recharge card for the electric car rental since this was one of our first time. The car did have some scratches but was a fairly new car and we had a smooth experience. Thanks to the entire team and keep up the good job.
