Checking in & getting our rental car was easy, quick, and very convenient as the check-in desk is located right outside the arrivals area. Getting our car was a very simple & efficient process. Returning the car was equally easy & convenient. Easy to follow signs leading to the airport and the attendants meet you at the drop off location to do a joint inspection. Quick & efficient! Your company is wonderful, but I have objections to the price for the reservation I made online and the price I paid. Money is not a problem for me, the problem is in principle if I have a price for a reservation where not once was it mentioned to me that I do not have insurance that changed when I came to pick up the vehicle. You should emphasize these things when making an online reservation because not everyone knows your languages well. I reserved a price of 211 euros and they told me that I still need to pay 113 euros for insurance, which I emphasize once again it was not mentioned to me in the reservation. Other companies mention it... And in the end, 211 euros plus 113 euros came out to 356 euros approximately.. That is my complaint.. Thank you very much
