I reserved a car, I was charged for it and my reservation was confirmed. When I came to pick up the car, it turned out that it was not there. The salon employee refused to call the manager. I was not offered any upgrade to a car of this level or better. I spent two days booking and arriving at the rental car and left with nothing. The most terrible rental that I have come across. Update: Came again today and resolved the issue with the manager. I had to reserve a car again, but they behaved decently. Received an upgrade. Thank you manager

When I go pick up the car, the car was not ready and I had to wait for 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and did her best to get the car for me. The condition of the car is good but not full tank and I wrote to the customer service and they took now. When they invoice me, not only they miss this details, they also over charge me for one day.

Excellent pickup experience. The guys who work there are really into their jobs. Car was cleaned like new, no line, pickup was smooth. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me but he was really good. When I mentioned maybe changing to a different category of car he said they didn't have any of that type at his location but in the background found another location that did and offered to get me that car if I wanted it.

Good service. The Car was good but It should have USB plug. Minor mistakes by staff when giving prices of extra items. Customers should know prices with taxes before deciding. Also, about deposit reimbursement . Customers should be informed that the company has ordered It right away if everything has gone as established.
