People are competent and polite. The car was ready, clean, with no cigarette smell inside and all the damages clealy and accurately registered.
The only critic I have is that the Sixt-internet page has not been adapted and is not showing the new (corona) opening times. So according to the generic Sixt mail received, the office and car were ready at 07:00am whereas the office and car were ready at 08:00am.
