prices were very affordable for the area and I was upgraded to a better car than i reserved. However, I showed up 20 min early to pick up the car and they wouldn't help me because it wasn't time yet. There were no other customers there. I had to leave and come back when it was exactly the right time. Maybe that's why I was upgraded? SIXT is easy to communicate with and, as soon as i picked up my car, they sent me an email about how to change anything or ask for help while I had the car. I really appreciated that because I don't speak any German and the person at the counter had limited English

Price is great for a 2 hour rental of a transporter. But despite me asking multiple times to be charged in Euro, i was charged in dollars with additional fees….I paid $10 more so the price is no longer favorable… I am editing this review because in the end I was charged the correct amount in euro. The hold was for the higher amount. It would be a five star review if the employees at the branch and on the customer service hotline would have been more knowledgeable.
