Julian Bergen from the staff assisted us with the rental. Understanding our baggage space needs, he offered us a free upgrade upon purchasing full insurance. Not just that, when we didn't find the boot spacious enough, he found us another SUV with a moon roof as we requested. Since i had zero liability insurance cover, there wasn't a single penny of deductions However, I'd suggest everyone to either buy full insurance directly from sixt or a full insurance from third party insurance company as there could be penalties because of low margins in this competitive business.
