Your way to SIXT
The SIXT branch is located in the arrivals hall. After exiting the arrivals area, turn right and walk down the hallway - you will find us on the left-hand side.
From counter to car/Shuttle-Service
When facing the branch, walk towards the right end of the terminal and exit through the sliding doors. Turn immediately left and proceed to shuttle bus stop number 8. Take the free shuttle bus to parking area P3, which will bring you directly to our car park. Once you get off the bus, walk to the far right end of the parking area until you reach our cabin.
By car
The airport is located about 45 km from Milan and can be easily reached by car or public transport.
If you are coming from the SS671, take the Seriate exit and follow the signs to the airport.
If you are driving on the SS671 from the northwest, exit at Bergamo and follow the A4 until you reach the airport.
Return information

We arrived at Bergamo Airport to pick up a rental car for our trip to Livigno. At the Sixt counter, we were assisted by a very helpful employee, Puja, who provided excellent customer service.
She kindly offered us a car upgrade, ensuring we had a stress-free drive to Livigno, where snowy conditions were likely. Together, we found a vehicle equipped with winter tires and quattro. We received an Audi Q3 S-Line Sportback with less than 10,000 km, featuring Apple CarPlay, keyless entry, and a 2.0 diesel engine with M+S tires.
Puja offered us the free upgrade if we purchased additional insurance from Sixt, which cost only €40 per day. Yes, I understand that car rental employees focus on upselling rather than just handing over the car you booked through platforms like Booking.com—but that’s the case with all rental companies. It’s their job, and they earn their living this way.
We returned the car without any issues, and overall, I’m satisfied with the smooth and professional experience at Sixt Bergamo Airport. If you’re renting a car here, I highly recommend Sixt!
