We've rented a car here for a 1 day. 1-day rent with full insurance was 114€ and 300€ were blocked on the card (it returns). The car was good, pretty new and clean, the administrator in the office was helpful and polite. If you are 24 y.o., but your 25th birthday in the current year, for them you are 25th y.o. driver.
