Upon arrival at the airport, please call our customer service at +52 33 3688 5613 to be picked up at the terminal and taken to the SIXT branch, 2.5 km away.
After leaving baggage claim, you will find our SIXT employee holding a sign with your name on it. You will be directed to our Shuttle. As a reference, when you arrive at the meeting place, you will see an Oxxo supermarket across the street and the HSBC Bank on the right. The shuttle will take you directly to our SIXT branch (approximately a 10-minute drive). Please allow between 30 and 40 minutes for the rental agreement and the corresponding transfer.

Take Guadalajara - Chapala/México 23 Highway in Alamo Industrial from Dr. Roberto Michel Avenue and take the exit towards the airport. Address: Carretera Guadalajara-Chapala Km 17.5, 45659.

Please return the SIXT vehicle at our SIXT branch: Chapala - Guadalajara 200, 45679, Guadalajara, Jalisco. Our shuttle bus will take you to the terminal of your choice.

I can only speak for my experience at this SIXT (Guadalajara) location. I’ve been using this location to rent a car when I come into the area for the past 4 years. This branch communicates with you before, during, and after your rental with you through WhatsApp. If you’re flying into the airport they will pick you up at their designated location they indicate and drop you off on your return. I’ve never had an issue so far with them and will continue to rent with them for the foreseeable future. 5/5 for me.

Sólo puedo hablar por mi experiencia en esta oficina de SIXT (Guadalajara). He estado utilizando esta ubicación para alquilar un coche cuando vengo a la zona durante los últimos 4 años. Esta ubicacion se comunica con uno antes, durante y después de la reservacion a través de WhatsApp. Si uno llega en avión al aeropuerto, te recogen en el lugar designado que ellos indican y te dejan a tu regreso. Nunca he tenido un problema hasta ahora con ellos y seguiré alquilando con ellos en el futuro previsible. 5/5 para mí.

Good service. I made the reservation online paid at the time of booking. No hidden or extra fees when we got the rental car, extra coverage is offered but no pressure to add if you don't want to. They even tell you its not mandatory. I have booked rentals with different local and USA companies and this is the most transparent.
