Smooth pickup, everyone was very nice and polite. The car that we've got is clean and in great condition. Just hoping that the drop off will be as straightforward as the pick up!

The process was easy. At the airport, I was greeted by a very respectful and professional young man. It was a bit of a wait to collect the car, but I wasn't in a hurry. I have been offered a brand-new Dacia Logan, only 17km. I was impressed. The return process was easy too. The only downside for me is getting my deposit back. The young girl on the phone said that as stipulated in the terms and conditions, it takes up to 30 days! I missed that detail, and I am not happy as I have a very high-interest credit card and am not happy to pay 40% interest. They can do better and release this deposit earlier. I rented in other countries, and the deposit has always been returned promptly. Thank you!

Althought the Rental Center in Constanta does not appear yet on GMaps, just want to say that the team there does a great job. Rented 2 cars on Easter Holiday, helped me on a very short term request and made the reservation process quite easy. Excellent job Sixt Constanta. Have been using Sixt mostly in the UK, great service overall, and this branch in Bucharest does not disappoint either. Given the not yet 100% paperless booking process, it’s still been quick to get on the road once landed. Professional staff, Cristian had the car de-misted, warm and ready to go ahead of pick up, plus, the music selection in his extremely clean and tidy shuttle van was one to put a smile on my face at 03:00 in the morning.
