We rented a car for a business trip. The staff were friendly and professional. We got through all the documentation very quickly with their help. We were very impressed by the car which was spotless and very reliable. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent a car from Sixt.

Rented a car for a day, was a new opel mokka electric, paid 60€ and were insured for small damages. Everything went very smoothly, and better than expected. Worker who gave us the car walked with us around it to point out all dents and scratches. Pointed out that scratches need to be a certain size to be registered, but our contract stated we were insured against those as well. Edit: we were told that charging the electric car would be for free. But in the end they deducted 36€ extra from our authorisation. Waiting for a receipt and and explanation why they deducted that extra payment. We were paid back the 36€ euros and got our receipt for the rental, so everything is correct now!

We had a very positive experience with ROK at Sixt rent a car at the Ljubljana Railway Station. He was great at explaining all aspects of the rental agreement, including insurance. Helped set up the map for us in the car. Very polite and considerate and patient with us. We loved the vehicle we received and had a great day going up to Lake Bled. Because of the convenient office hours 8-8 we were able to rent in the morning and return in the evening and avoid trying to find parking. Highly recommend.
