Another great experience with Sixt rental 😀
The girl at the counter on Friday the 12th in the afternoon in T4 in Madrid airport was just unbelievably helpful and made a huge effort to find me the best available car. I love cars and for me it’s not just a means of getting from one place to another and she shared my enthusiasm for cars. After a lot of searching she found a great convertible for me and a great price for the upgrade.
People like her is the reason I always come back to Sixt. They should be glad to have her at their counter.
The car itself had a fair amount of small damages but nothing major to take away from the experience. The equipment was maybe lacking a better stereo system and cruise control was not adaptive which was a bit surprising in a Mercedes E-class. Also Apple CarPlay can only be used if you download the Mercedes app and create an account. That’s just silly, but that’s on Mercedes and not Sixt.
