It was my first time renting a car from SIXT, I preferred it because it has other branches except for airports. I booked a small automatic car for city use. When I arrived at the Shepherd Bush brunch there was only one available car(a Kia Picanto) in this segment in a very bright colour. So I had to take it, but while using it I like the car, I like it, it was small but fast&efficient. All staff in the SB branch ( Elena, Hassan, Nadeem -sorry for any typos) were so friendly and helpful, I had very good service while getting and returning the car. As I said it was my first experience with SIXT services, and it won't be the last.
