Very pleased with this rental company. Very easy check in and vehicle pick up. Clean, dependable vehicle that was rented. ( Mazda CX-9). Easy drop off and location. I would rent a vehicle from them again and highly recommend. This is the Chicago Ohare location at the airport.

The rental experience was effortless and straightforward. When I arrived at O'hare International Airport's car rental hub, the Sixt counter was easy to locate and well-signed. The counter staff were polite and professional. Aside from asking if I was interested in an upgrade ( I wasn't ). they weren't pushy or insistent on trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Mohammad was quick to get me to my vehicle and on my journey. This was one of the 2 best pick-up experiences out of many, the return process was even simpler.

Arrived on a midnight flight, sure that the rental counter would be closed, even w our reservation. Long row of empty counters, for all the agencies, except the smiling face of Rosa, at the Sixt counter. Friendly chat while she got us checked in, gave us a nice Beemer SUV, and chatting with her and her shift partner Brian was a nice way to shift from hurry-up to under control. Thanks, Rosa.
