Wow!👏 I have nothing but great things to say about renting a vehicle through SIXT, a newly opened car rental on the Big Island (Kona). Their customer service was beyond our expectations. We were greeted by two employees Jenna and Jazzmin. They were so friendly, funny and kind they made my husband and I experience renting a vehicle go so smoothly! They even upgraded us to another vehicle which were so surprised and very happy with! If you need to rent a vehicle on the Big Island, I would highly recommend checking out SIXT, they are so close to Costco too! I also want to mention Billy! He helped us get the airport ontime and he was so pleasant to talk with. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for making our holiday stress free and looking cool in our upgrade! 😀

Great experience. We were kind of nervous to rent from SixT since we had never heard of them and they had no reviews from their Kona franchise. Turns out they had only been open a few days. I was the only customer in the office when I got there. Jasmin checked us in super quickly. She asked if we wanted the prepaid fuel and insurance but didn’t push when I declined. Our car ran great and check in at the end of our vacation was a breeze. They aren’t right at the airport, they’re actually next to the Costco at Kona. But even with the distance I got our car, went back to the airport to pick up the family at baggage claim, and we were on our way about a half hour before my in laws even got their car at one of the rental agencies at the airport. So happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

Highly recommended ! They have the best pricing on the islands. If you want a good deal on a luxury or any other car don't miss it. It's located further compared to the other rental places but at the end it's worth the extra mile. Big props to Jenna that helped us to choose the proper car and insurance for the trip we were planning for so long.
