I am a person who travels a lot and I use rental cars very often . I didn’t have any previous experience with Sixt rentals until now in Florida. First I picked up a car at the Boca Raton location where everyone was very helpful and nice. I experienced an issue with the battery running low and the car not starting after 2 weeks of driving it, but unfortunately it was very late at night on a Sunday. I called number at WPB Airport and was surprised by the kind and quick response in solving the issue. Within 2 hours they came with a new replacement car and they couldn’t have been more professional and kind. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Sixt to everyone.

Pick up and drop off at PBI was a breeze. Location is not on Belvedere so it's a bit away from the other rental facilities. Patrick at the counter was easy to work with. Will rent there again!

Our rental experience started off very bad. The car smelled of old smoke, masked over with an abundance of air fresheners that gave us instant headaches. We brought it back the next day to change to another vehicle. At first the agents found none were available, but the young lady, who I believe is the manager stepped in and did a wonderful job in getting us a most satisfactory vehicle.
