Plans can change. As a flexible mobility partner, we are happy to adapt to your plans. However, you are still obligated to inform us of your intentions to deviate from your rental agreement. If your plans change during your rental, let us know via www.sixt.ca/php/profile/reservationchange or by contacting us at +1 888 7498227 or in person at any of our numerous branches and our employees will amend your rental contract. By doing this, we can adapt our processes to your changed plans. If you do not contact us to extend your rental, nothing herein gives you permission to retain possession of your rental vehicle beyond the date and time stated in your rental agreement for returning the vehicle. If you retain possession of the vehicle without contacting us, we will follow our standard Overdue process.
If you return the vehicle later than agreed in the rental agreement, additional full or partial days may be charged due to the rental extension. The price of these will be based on the shorter hire duration. If you do not inform us about the rental extension, we may charge an additional service fee of CAD 20.00 for the Flexi Return service.
