Very very good and easy to rent a car. Service at the office in Aix was very good and the laid was very nice and friendly . But when we went to pickup place for the car, the car was extremely dirty in and outside. I told my daughter to tell the guy that gave us the car and key I was very surprised that the car was so dirty. He just replays that is rain the day before, (25.07.) They spoke French. I dont`t. And when she comment about the car as I told her to do. But the ting is my daughter lives in Aix, and she said later to me that it didn't rain the day before... Me and my husband, travel a lot, and we always rent car for Sixt, this is the first time I have had a so dirty car. Otherwise all good! :-)

Very good service overall, walkable location from Aix. Would rent from them again. Nice car for rent. Upon return, they noticed a scratch to one of the rims--but did not charge me for it--did not expect this to be an issue. Definitely suggest taking a video/pics of the car before rental as I was able to show it was not new. There is free street parking around Aix after 6 or 7pm, but can be tricky to find a spot, but there are a few good garages around the old city. Driving through the old town by our condo rental, unknowingly entered areas where there were security barriers that come up from the ground--thankfully when you pull up to them they do lower. Ensure you know if you are getting a deisel or gasoline car.
