What an amazing experience. I have been using SIXT for over 10 years and never in my life have I had an experience like the one I have had today. As a subscriber to SIXT I keep cars for months at a time. I love to have an x6 VS X5 however this car is hard to obtain. I went to 5 sixt and all said they had no availability but when I went to sixt in Beverly Hills and was greeted right away by Emplo, Kai, Gerrell, Angelo, Iishonn ALL so kind and eager to help me. I explained to them what I was looking for and while they had none at the moment they assured me they would call or email if something came in. I left and drove to my home and within 20 mins I had a call from Kai letting me know someone had just dropped an x6 off and it was mine if I could come back. They cleaned it and made the swap sooooo easy and ALL were so kind and helpful and just happy that they were able to accommodate. This is the standard! I love this energy and will only rent from here just because of these team members.

The Beverly Hills Sixt location always goes above and beyond with customer service. Any issue I ever have they make sure they address them with empathy and excellent customer service. They always make sure I leave their location happy and with the car I want. Kai the assistant manger will personally call me when a car I really want comes in. His customer service is exemplary. He’s going to make an amazing GM. Iishonn is always smiling and brings a energy to the location that lights up the room. Derrell gives you that assertive professionalism and makes customers feel secure. Suzanna the GM makes sure she personally speaks to every customer and makes sure they are satisfied. Last but surely not least Angelo goes above and beyond to assure that you leave happy and and makes every single person who walks through the door feel like family. I will never rent from another company. I’m a long term renter and I’ve had issues and horrible experiences with other rental car companies in the past like Enterprise and Midway.
