Great experience over Sixt, and some of its employees!!
Great experience in the beginning with the employee and then very bad with the one in the end!! here is some details:
The gentleman who rented the car out to me, was so experienced to the level he could convinced me to upgrade my contract, and he treated me very kind and professional (coffee, and water) which have not big value itself rather as a huge value feeling the luxury of Sixt and leaving great first impression, sincerely was happy from his service!
in return the guy who picked it up from me, was on the balie of Sixt, and treated me the opposite completely and screw up my nice impact, and left really bad impression, to the limit when I handed over the key to him not to the employee in the parking, he was wondering, although I told him this is my first time renting from airport normally I take from the city, the guy reactions were negative and when I asked for water, he said, aha that's why you came here to hand over the keys!!!!
someone who paid almost 700+ euro for a bmw, is just needing your bottle of water!!
I therefore suggest that they guy who rented me the car teach this gentleman how to treat clients and afterwards to give a real evaluation about the outcome of training!
