Location was great and we loved the 24h service. The car handled fabulously during our week long stay in Germany, we got the economy and it was a new Renault and we fit 4 people and our luggage…barely but we did it.

Once again drama with rental car companies because our vehicle (prepaid) was not available. Why does this ALWAYS happen! It was not pleasant trying to sort out a vehicle from the remaining options. However, Kevin Schaefer did everything possible to take care of us and get us on our way. It took a while, he called other stations, but Kevin made sure I was somewhat happy before leaving. Sixt needs to better train the new staff because the young guy taking care of the cars was trying to convince me that a VW Sharan (what we paid for) was the essentially the same as the VW Touran. Seriously! Thanks again, Kevin!
