Your way to SIXT Terminal 1 + 4

SIXT branches are located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 4. If your flight arrives in Terminal 2 or 3 please take the free shuttle bus on departures floor, this bus connects T1-T2-T3-T4.

By car

From any point in the Community of Madrid follow the signs to Airport and Terminal T1 or T4, when arriving to the Airport please follow the signs to Parking / Arrivals, where you will find the SIXT branch in the car rental parking lot.

With public transportation

Terminal 1 and 4 are connected by Metro: Line 8. Train: Line C-1 to Terminal 4. Bus: Lines 203 Express, N27 Exprés Aeropuerto, 200, 827, 828. Taxi.

Return information Terminal 1

Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for the "Arrivals" and "Car rental" signs. Immediately after passing the bus parking, you will see the entrance to the car rental parking on your left. Enter the rental car parking through a single automatically-opening barrier. In case it does not open, take the ticket from the machine and leave it inside the vehicle. Once inside the rental car parking, follow signs for SIXT return and park your vehicle in any free space. After checking that you have all your belongings, please lock the vehicle and either return the key to a service agent or place the key in our SIXT key drop box.

Return information Terminal 4

Once you arrive at the airport, follow the "Arrivals" signs, then "P4 Parking" and "Car rental". Stay in the right lane. Right before the entrance to the general parking, you will see the entrance to the rental car parking on your right. It's a right exit from the main lanes and before the large parking structure. If you reach the multiple barriers, you have gone too far. Enter the rental car parking through a single automatically-opening barrier. In case it does not open, take the ticket from the machine and leave it inside the vehicle. Once inside the rental car parking, follow signs for SIXT return and park your vehicle in any free space. After checking that you have all your belongings, please lock the vehicle and either return the key to a service agent or place the key in our SIXT key drop box.

We are in terminals 1 and 4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport for your convenience. Our counters can be found in Terminal 1 on the ground floor and Terminal 4 on floor 1. If you arrive in Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, you can take the free shuttle bus located on the departure level to the other terminals.

Car rental drop-off

To return your car to Terminal 1, look for the Rent a Car Parking entrance to the garage next to arrivals and park in the SIXT parking area. To return your car to Terminal 4, follow the signs for arrivals and then look for P4 and Car Rental signs. You can park your car in the SIXT parking area.
