I have been renting at SIXT for almost 15 years and I must say that the service at the Miami Intercontinental Hotel branch is by far the best I have ever had. I no longer go to the Miami International Airport as it is worth doing the extra distance to get such outstanding service. The entire branch team is absolutely amazing, but Krystsina and Marie are honestly the most amazing counter agents, always available to help, whatever it may be, they really go the extra mile. I have decided to rent long term given that SIXT offers a customer service which no one else does, not car dealerships or other rental car company. I commend the Miami Intercontinental Hotel Branch team for their amazing service, you make us feel special and we appreciate all that you do. Thank you!

Would use again! Good experience: very friendly, car was clean, last minute pickup and paperwork completed in timely manner. However:: Having to keep calling for deposit return, been 2 weeks. Can't speak to individual people only computer. Is aggravating 😒

I would like to personally thank the Sixt staff at 100 Choppin Plaza. Especially the manager! I came a day late to pick up my rental after there was an error on my end on the hours of operation. She was understanding and even provided an extra day to acomódate the lost day! Location is exceptional and organized. 5 stars for your service and understanding! Thanks

I've been using SIXT at Chopin Plaza for 2 years now. I tried a few different car rental services in Miami, but SIXTH at Chopin Plaza gave me the best customer experience. Everyone there is not only nice but also always listens to customer's need and provide the best solution. Highly recommend!
